2010 is one of Burgundy's most celebrated vintages in a generation - a year that delivered the kind of balance between power and precision that the Côte de Nuits only manages every so often. Les Cailles is one of the finest Premier Cru sites in all of Nuits-Saint-Georges, a small, prestigious plot with pebbly, sandy soils that produce pinot noir of extraordinary refinement.
