Blanc de Blanc is just a fancy way of saying your sparkling wine is made purely from white grapes. And there's no better white grape for bubbles than chardonnay. Just ask the Champenois.

Why do we love this wine?
Twin Valleys sourced chardonnay from a single vineyard in Moyhu, a gorgeous little spot in the King Valley that always delivers the goods. This is elegant and engaging, offering up green apple, jasmine, brioche, hazelnut and waves of citrus. But don't look past the mouthfeel, starting with a very fine bead and rolling into a creamy palate and lingering vibrancy from the citrusy acid.

Wine Orbit
Exquisitely fine and elegantly fragrant with white flesh stone fruit, lemon pith, crunchy apple and acacia aromas on the nose. The palate is concentrated and persistent with refined texture and beautifully pitched acidity, finishing impressively long and linear.

Wine Pilot
This is from the Twin Valleys Single Site Reserve range, from the King Valley River vineyard. A fine and elegant blanc de blancs style, neatly balanced and with appealing persistence. The colour is a very pale yellow. The nose weaves through gentle hints of brioche and nuts, lemons, citrus and more, but it is the pears, riverstones and mineral backing which dominate here. Crisp, clean and bright, the freshness is appealing. A refined and refreshing style, this will provide impressive drinking over the next two to three years.
