Why do we love this wine?
Tasmania's fast becoming Australia's undisputed home for cool-climate wines, and Chardonnay is exactly where that reputation is being built, one release at a time. This one's a proper example of what 'The Apple Isle' has to offer. Lemon, lemon sherbet and green apple open things up with real energy, before white peach and a touch of barbecued stone fruit add interest. A soft vanilla-slice creaminess rounds it all out, kept honest by that classic Tassie saline edge running through the finish. Simply gorgeous.
